Notes Peterhead Sentinel, 22 August 1877 "AN ARCTIC BEAR
FOR THE MUSEUM.-- We note, with pleasure, that Captain
David Gray, s.s. Eclipse, has kindly presented to the Arbuthnot Museum
the
skin of a large-sized Arctic bear. The same has, by order of the
Magistrates, been stuffed and set up, and is now on exhibition at the
Museum".
